The starting point
Most web projects don’t fail because of the idea, they fail in the execution: frameworks used the wrong way, data models that grow out of control, and after a few months every change becomes a risk. Anyone commissioning a Laravel project in Dresden or remotely is usually looking for the opposite — a codebase that still makes sense a year later.
How I approach it

Initial call: roughly clarify requirements, data model, and integrations before a single line of code is written.

Architecture first: design the domain model, database schema, and interfaces, then build iteratively.

Operations considered from the start: tests, deployment pipeline, and monitoring are part of the build, not an afterthought.
