About

Architecture. Interface. Impact.

I'm Felix Schattenberg, a full-stack developer running a small business in Dresden. I build products focused on stable Laravel backends, fast interfaces, and decisions that still make sense in production — from the first concept to ongoing support.

How I work

Direct line

I typically work on a project alone — a single point of contact from the first inquiry to handover, with no handoffs between teams.

Progress updates, not a black box

Regular, traceable progress instead of a surprise right before delivery — I document decisions instead of making them silently.

Operations built in

Code that stays maintainable after handover: tests, deployment process, and monitoring are part of the project for me, not an optional add-on.

Honest assessment

If an idea isn't technically sound or a scope doesn't fit my profile, I say so in the first conversation — not after the contract is signed.
